Just got back from lunch at the new Emeril's Chop House at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pa.The big E was there - this is his first Northeast restaurant - and said he wanted to make sure that the menu was geared toward local products.
(He's not kidding. I flipped throught the wine list and found a 2006 Chaddsford Winery cabernet sauvignon for $45. Seriously.)
