Hey everyone. I'm back and playing catch up this morning.

Did you see Eric Ruth's Taste column on chicken wings? Lots of comments here on who offers the best wings....(I had great homemade wings yesterday. Thanks John!)

I ate muskrat so you don't have to. It's the taste that lingers long after you swallow.....

Went to dinner Saturday night at Buddakan. (Friends really wanted to go; they had only been for cocktails.) I give it a big eh. I know it continues to be one of the most popular restaurants in Philadelphia, but I wasn't much impressed with my Japanese black cod and wasabi mashed potatoes. Maybe after too many visits, I'm just bored with the place. However, I did have a wonderful Mandarin Blossom cocktail and a pretty terrific milk chocolate caramel tart.

I spent part of my time off eating at some great New York City restaurants. I'll fill you in soon. Posts coming!
