Red alert, red alert pho lovers.
Just saw a sign for a new, not-yet-opened pho noodle soup shop in New Castle County.
Anyone who loves Vietnamese beef noodle soup will be happy to know that Pho Cali is coming soon to a small space next to the Pathmark grocery store off Kirkwood Highway. Paper still on the windows, but sign is up.

How hard could it be to replace the USS Hurlock?
Looking forward to it! It will be nice having a Pho joint close to Pike Creek/Hockessin. I know there is one on Rt. 40, but I've been making the drive up to Pho Ha in Philly for my fix. Nice to know I can check out this place which is much closer to home.
