Here's a photo taken by News Journal photographer Ginger Wall of Walter Staib, owner of Philadelphia's City Tavern restaurant. Staib, an always intereting food historian, held a demonstration last Friday at Celebrity Kitchens. I'm sure this was an informative and fun class.
