I spent some time perusing the archives and I'm guessing that Littletonjo is inquiring about Café Bleu, 25 W. Loockerman St., Dover. 678-WINE (678-9463). Eric Ruth gave it a three-star (very good) rating on Feb. 9. According to Ruth: "Chef Susan Dempsey's ever evolving menu of country French classics and Asian-accented creations gives downtown Dover the kind of casual-but-classy food destination it has deserved."
